‘Orange is the New Black’ Releases Season 6 Trailer

Goooooood Morning Litchfield Max!
With less than a month to go until the season 6 premiere, Orange is the New Black has finally dropped an official trailer! Netflix released the trailer earlier today and nothing is the same.
Netflix dropped a teaser a few weeks ago that gave us a quick glance into what’s going on at Litchfield since the 3-day riot was controlled. The last thing we saw was our favorite inmates being sent off in different directions. The hint from the teaser: It’s a whole new world.
“It’s very different here,” Lorna Morello (Yael Stone) says. “These girls are psychos.”
In the trailer, we see some of the inmates transported to a new facility. Tensions are high and the girls are at the bottom of the hierarchy.
We see glimpses of life at Litchfield Max, but not of every inmate. Where’s Alex? The characters that we know are back for sure are: Nicky Nichols (Natasha Lyonne), Piscatella (Brad William Henke), Red (Kate Mulgrew), Gloria Mendoza (Selenis Leyva), Maria Ruiz (Jessica Pimentel), Taystee Jefferson (Danielle Brooks), Black Cindy (Adrienne C. Moore), and of course, Piper Chapman (Taylor Schilling). Where’s everyone else?
This brand new world is full of new threats and allegiances and max drama.
The trailer didn’t answer any of my questions. Luckily we have less than a month before we can stream the series.
Orange Is the New Black begins streaming July 27 at 3 a.m. ET on Netflix.
