Teen Wolf failed last episode to stop the Dread Doctors’ signal so the Beast appears to slaughter everyone who came out to the charity lacrosse game. Scott, Kira, and Lori are trapped inside the school with it, and from the promo, it looks like Scott can’t stand up to the massive werewolf. There’s a shot of him getting dragged into the darkness by the Beast. Not good.
The episode will heavily feature a flashback to when the Argents’ ancestor, Marie-Jeanne Valet, faced off against the Beast in 1765. I am super excited for the return of Reed, even if she isn’t playing Allison.
I wonder if we will get a reveal as to who the Beast is. We are nearing the end of the season so it is about time we find out. That would leave two episode for everything to play out with the Dread Doctors and Theo’s respective plans.
After the last episode, I have a theory as to who the Beast is. I think that it might be Mason. Cory sensed something when he was kissing him and then later when the Dread Doctors’ signal went out, the Beast came from the buses, where we had last seen Mason. It could be him, and that would be interesting if it was. I still think that there is something we are missing. The season 5B premier showed us Theo and his sister, and I feel like that was important. Maybe she has something to do with it all. Naturally, we’ll just have to wait and see.
