[SPOILERS] The Falcon And The Winter Soldier: MCU Has A Dangerous New Super Soldier!

The Falcon And The Winter Soldier aired its best episode yet, which is saying a lot. The entire series has been a crazy ride from the moment we started that first episode a month ago. Since then it’s just gotten crazier and crazier. We’ve gotten the return of Zemo and seen the Zemo Cut. We’ve witnessed Sharon Carter return and learned whether or not she’s upset at Steve for kissing and ditching her. Then an unexpected character bit the bullet which resulted in our new Captain America going nuts. The episode finally dealt with the remaining super soldier serum. Before Karli could create her army of super-soldiers all of the vials were destroyed by Zemo. All of them except one, and you might not believe who found it. The MCU has a dangerous new super soldier!

Spoiler Warning: TFATWS Episode 4 Spoilers

The new Captain America, John Walker, is the one who found Zemo destroying the vials and knocked him out. By the time it was all said and done, though, there was only one vial left. I bet you can guess what Walker did with it. That’s right, he went and used it on himself, essentially turning himself into the next Steve Rogers. That’s in title and power only, not in terms of heart. John Walker is an absolute psycho and what he does with his newfound powers proves that for sure.

[SPOILERS] The Falcon And The Winter Soldier: MCU Has A Dangerous New Super Soldier!

See, one of the first things he does after getting his powers is chase down one of the Flag Smashers and bludgeoned them to death. He took his shield and used it to bash the activist’s head in, leaving the shield bloodied. Want to know what’s worse? He did this in front of a huge crowd who filmed the whole thing. This is who John Walker, Captain America is now. He can’t take back he did and it’ll be online forever.

Dangerous New Super Soldier

With John Walker’s comic book history fans figured it was only a matter of time until something like this happened. John Walker is a villainous character in the Marvel Universe, so this was expected. It’s probably a safe bet to assume that we have a confrontation coming. There’s no way that Walker is going to give up the shield and title willingly. It’s also obvious that Sam and Bucky simply can’t let him keep it at this point. Here’s hoping that it results in one hell of a final confrontation!

The Falcon And The Winter Soldier airs every Friday on Disney+!
