Spice Girls Announce Reunion Tour

Are you ready to spice up your life? If you answered yes to that question then I have the tour for you! While fans have read speculations of a Spice Girls reunion tour for months, an official announcement via the Spice Girls Instagram arrived early yesterday. If that’s not enough exciting news, fans can use this announcement and the Spice Girls as a reason to head overseas for a night or two! Who does not want to head overseas to see our favorite girl group?
The only downside to this announcement is that the tour will feature one less Spice Girl than the original line up some of us grew up listening to though. If you are expecting Victoria Beckman, Posh Spice, live and in concert she will not be joining the tour. While this is not entirely the reunion we dreamed of once upon a time, I am not alone in my continued excitement.

Nothing however beats Adele’s excitement for the upcoming tour and as stated by numerous fans online, Adele is all of us.
My hopes for fans who cannot join them overseas is that the Spice Girls will consider releasing a live DVD of one of the shows on their stop. I cannot imagine fans would not clamor over an opportunity to own a special edition tour DVD. They could even create a bundle of sorts that would include Spice World as well as a Greatest Hits CD with maybe a new song or two. I would certainly purchase this bundle that’s for sure!
Hopefully the Spice Girls also announce a North American leg of their tour as my friends and I have talked about how epic it would be to have a Backstreet Boys/Spice Girls concert to attend in our near future. It’s a unicorn concert, but one I will continue to hope for all the same.
