Norman Reedus and Diane Kruger Stun (and Steal our Hearts) at the Golden Globes
The Golden Globes are all about presence, both during the main event and in the hours leading up to it. The stars spend hours getting ready, walking down the red carpet, and gearing up for the big award show.
So while the main event is certainly the award ceremony, the red carpet draws just as much attention. In fact, in its own way, it draws more. Last night was no different, fans tuned into streamed broadcasts and television previews of stars making their way to the ceremony. One of the couples that drew the most attention had their first red carpet debut as a couple at the Globes.
Not just because he wore a sharp all black tux with a Times Up and He for She pin and she stunned in a gorgeous Prada gown.
Who are we talking about? Norman Reedus and Diane Kruger of course. The pair went as public as either of them get into their relationship early last year. They’ve spent a lot of time together between jobs, traveling with friends and staying out of the spotlight. So their award show debut was a big night for the couple.
So it comes as no surprise that when In The Fade won in the ‘Best Foreign Language’ category, Norman jumped up at the opportunity to congratulate Diane. Proud of her, and rightfully so, he applauded Diane as she made her way to the stage, but not before grabbing a kiss.
It was the perfect show of PDA for the usually private couple and you see the adoration between them. After the show, Norman and Diane attended an after party together where they looked just as stunning celebrating Diane’s big night.
Now, we’ve been rooting for these two since the first time we saw Sky. Where Norman’s character, afraid to hurt those closest to him (while keeping a pretty big secret) fell for the doe-eyed girl who had her share of secrets too. It’s that kind of romance story that grips you.
Especially since this was her reaction when Diego kissed her ‘just to shut her up’. Funny enough, that was also our reaction to their Golden Globes kiss. You can’t blame us, they’re stunning together.
