Joe Biden to Receive His Own Ice Cream Flavor
It looks like Joe Biden’s love of ice cream has paid off in a big way.
The former Vice President will be getting his own ice cream flavor courtesy of Cornell University, at which he is scheduled to speak during the Ithaca school’s commencement on Saturday, May 27th.
Deanna Simons, quality manager and academic programs coordinator for the university told Syracuse newspaper that they did research to find out Mr. Biden’s favorite flavor of ice cream is classic chocolate chip. According to TeenVogue, a vanilla and chocolate chip concoction was crafted, with over 150 possible flavors submitted. Cornell students can vote until this Monday night for one of these five finalists:
Biden’s Chocolate Bites
Bits n’ Biden
Big Red, White & Biden
Not Your Average Joe’s Chocolate Chip
Uncle Joe’s Chocolate Chip
“If it gains momentum, we’ll make more,” Simons told Syracuse. “We’re keeping our fingers crossed, we’re holding our breaths.”
