First Trailer for ‘Maze Runner: The Death Cure’ Promises Intense Action and Thrilling Adventure

“Every maze has an end.”

It’s been a long time coming but 20th Century Fox has just released the very first trailer for Maze Runner: The Death Cure and it looks amazing!

Back in March of 2016, the fate of the film was left uncertain after an onset accident sidelined film star Dylan O’Brien causing production to be suspended indefinitely.  After O’Brien (thankfully) made a full recovery, filming resumed earlier this year and the film is now back on track for its January 26, 2018 release date.

The first trailer for the film is captivating and intense!  The minute-long teaser takes viewers along for a wild ride as Thomas (O’Brien) and the Gladers stage an action-packed train heist.  The group must save their friends, find a cure for the flare and survive to the end of what is sure to be their most dangerous and deadly labyrinth encounter yet!

Directed by Wes Ball the film stars O’Brien, Kaya Scodelario, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Katherine McNamara, Nathalie Emmanuel, Rosa Salazar, Patricia Clarkson, Barry Pepper, Giancarlo Esposito and Walton Goggins.

Check out the explosive first trailer and the official film synopsis below:

“In the epic finale to the Maze Runner saga, Thomas leads his group of escaped Gladers on their final and most dangerous mission yet. To save their friends, they must break into the legendary Last City, a WCKD-controlled labyrinth that may turn out to be the deadliest maze of all. Anyone who makes it out alive will get answers to the questions the Gladers have been asking since they first arrived in the maze.”

Maze Runner: The Death Cure will race into theaters on January 26, 2018.
