Dylan O’Brien is Back in These New ‘Maze Runner: The Death Cure’ Photos

The road to the final chapter of the Maze Runner trilogy has been bumpy, to say the least. When Dylan O’Brien, who plays the film’s lead Thomas, was seriously injured on-set while filming back in March of 2016, production was suspended immediately to give him time to recuperate. This resulted in The Death Cure‘s filming picking back up earlier this year with a new January 26, 2018 release date.

After and long recovery, O’Brien returned to Vancouver to finish filming and fans have been wildly craving for any scoop about it ever since. Well, some exclusive photos were just released for The Death Cure, which follows Thomas and the gang as they head out to find the cure for the deadly disease known as the “Flare”. The film also stars Giancarlo Esposito, Kaya Scodelario, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Patricia Clarkson and Rosa Salazar.

The movie’s official Twitter account also teased that fans can expect the official trailer during O’Brien’s other pride and joy the Teen Wolf series finale.
