Yes, you read that title correctly. Cheetos has officially announced their plans for a pop-up restaurant in New York called The Spotted Cheetah where every item is Cheetos themed! You’re probably wondering how in the world a restaurant based around Cheetos would work, but after looking at the menu I have officially decided that this is the best idea ever. Not to mention the menu was created by Celebrity Chef Anne Burnell, so it’s in good hands.
Ryan Matiyow, senior director of marketing for Frito-Lay had this to say about the announcement. “Once again, our fans have inspired us with their creativity and playfulness. We’ve seen their love for Cheetos exhibited through innovative dishes, desserts, and beverages, which motivated us to create a restaurant that would bring a full Cheetos culinary experience to life. The Spotted Cheetah is a fun and delicious way for Cheetos to celebrate a variety of favorite flavors in an upscale and playful culinary setting that will wow our guests.”

Having studied Media & Writing at James Madison University, I always knew that I wanted to do some type of creative writing, but being able to write about zombies, Starks, and superheroes on a daily basis for Fan Fest is my actual dream. While I probably shouldn’t be as proud as I am to be so similar to Nick Miller, I do hope to one day write my own “Pepperwood Chronicles’.
