Hamilton fans are in luck! Friday at midnight, Hamilton creator, Lin-Manuel Miranda released the latest another installment in his “Hamildrops” series.
The “Hamildrops” series is a promise Miranda made to drop new Hamilton content every month until December 2018. The series began in December 2017 to celebrate the anniversary of The Hamilton Mixtape release.
This installment is called “The Hamilton Polka,” and features “Weird Al” Yankovic performing a polka medley of hits songs from the musical. The track remixes songs such as “Wait For It,” “The Schuyler Sisters,” “The Room Where It Happens,” and the opening song, only with a lot more accordion than the originals.
