‘The Walking Dead’ Cast Member Joins ‘Supergirl’
Season Four of Supergirl seems to be putting up National City’s superhero against Agent Liberty (Sam Witwer). Now, Liberty’s father has been cast.
The new DCTV Peter Lockwood is Xander Berkeley. You may recognize him as The Walking Dead‘s wishy washy villain, Gregory. He’s gone head-to-head with Maggie many times on the series, and is not the most well-liked character.
Peter Lockwood is Ben Lockwood/Agent liberty’s father. Agent Liberty’s top priority is making things anti-alien.
Berkeley’s role is being described as a factory working, middle-class man who is against the rise of the alien poulations growing in America. Along with his son, Agent liberty, they are on a fast track to collide with supergirl herself, Kara Danvers (Melissa Benoist).
The upcoming season of Supergirl will draw from today’s world. It will see Supergirl going up agiainst old worldviews. She will become a symbol of hope for those on her side.
Supergirl returns on Sunday, 14th October on The CW. Season four stars Melissa Benoist as Kara Danvers, David Harewood as Martian Manhunter, Mehcad Brooks as Jimmy Olsen, and Chyler Leigh as Alex Danvers.
