The Flash: Meet the West-Allen Family in New Poster
We are so close to the return of The Flash, and in anticipation of the fifth season, The CW has released a new promotional poster that features the West-Allen family.

Jessica Parker Kennedy joins season 5 as Nora West-Allen, and this is the first time we get to see her in her speedster attire. It was revealed in the season 4 finale that she wears her mother’s jacket from when Iris was a temporary speedster in the episode “Run, Iris, Run.” The emblem looks like an “S,” but it hasn’t been revealed what her superhero name will be.
When last we saw Barry and Iris, they had learned that their future daughter had come back in time, which she claims was a terrible mistake despite helping her father save the world from DeVoe. Season 5 will more than likely focus on fixing Nora’s mistake and getting her back to her correct place in time. Having your future daughter show up on your doorstep is probably going to make things a tad bit awkward for Barry and Iris, who have only just tied the knot. It’s possible that this will put more strain on their already challenging relationship. How will Iris handle her husband and future daughter putting themselves in danger? And why did Nora even time travel anyway?
The Flash returns to the CW Tuesday, October 9, on The CW.
