Every year the CW produces a crossover event between The Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, and it seems they have begun.
Stephen Amell posted a photo on instagram-althought it was mostly of the floor, you can tell that he is in his Green Arrow costume, standing next to what looks like (from the color of their pants) Grant Gustin (The Flash), Melissa Benoist (Supergirl) Caity Lotz and Brandon Routh (Legends of Tomorrow‘s White Canary and Atom).

This will be the first year that Supergirl is in the mix, so it should be super cool. (See what I did there?)
Producer Greg Berlanti hinted recently to EW that it may involve the heroes united to fight against one antagonist. “I’m going to probably try to have one unifying threat, as opposed to different things on different ones, which is what the first year was.” he said.
The first of the DC series to air this season, The Flash, airs October 4th on The CW.
