Mark Hamill has an amazing sense of humor. Remember that time Hamill popped in during Kimmel’s monologue toting along with him an awesome “R2-D Bag” bag filled with Star Wars memorabilia of his own. The first item he tried to hock to the audience was a pair of orange capri pants which he claims were worn during several iconic scenes from the films, and he had the pictures to prove it. The retail asking price of Luke Skywalkers pants was set at $100,000.
When no one jumped at the opportunity to buy the not-so-iconic pants, Hamill tried to sweeten the deal by slashing the price in half and throwing in an authentic Chewbacca hairball to boot!
Man, we just love Mark Hamill and his hilarious sense of humor. Check out the fun segment below.
Last month, the newest film in the franchise Star Wars: Episode IX officially announced its casting line up. Surprisingly, Hamill is returning to reprise his Luke Skywalker role. This is post P-90x. I’m saying I watched the videos. I’m not saying I participated. Born in my mom’s basement, I’ve stayed there to embody the stereotype. One day I will rise up… to the main floor of the house.
