Norman Reedus Talks Muscles and Motorcycles with Stephen Colbert

The second season of Ride with Norman Reedus has just kicked off and fans are totally excited about it. The series follows Norman on once in a lifetime trips with his friends around some of the most beautiful places you’ve ever seen.

So when Norman joined Stephen Colbert on his show Wednesday night, fans were quick to tune in and see what he’d say about the show. The chat was short, as late night interviews are, but they packed in a lot of subject matter. From an election slogan if Norman were to run for office to Dave Chappelle being ‘ripped’ – we heard it all.

Starting with that slogan. We need us some Reedus. You have to admit, it’s sort of the best possible catchphrase for an election. Plus, you’ve seen the mania that ensues anytime Norman enters a room, everyone literally needs some Reedus. We’re on board for it.

However, Norman isn’t gonna be running for office but he is the co-owner of a restaurant – which is something else he talked about with Colbert. He said that Nic and Norman’s is the perfect restaurant for those days when your whole family is drunk and you need comfort food.

He went on to talk about his series, Ride with Norman Reedus and it’s the second season. In the most recent episode, Norman got with Dave Chappelle and explored South Carolina. The pair surprised the locals, found some delicious food, and saw some gorgeous sights along the way. It was a much different episode than the season premiere kick off in Spain, but it was its own kind of charming.

One of the best things that came from the episode is the commentary between Norman and Colbert in the video above. A clip was shown of their ride together and Norman laughed and said the best part of the entire thing was that (while discussing Chappelle being ‘jacked’) he turned to the camera and said ‘Look out America, look what I’ve done to my body’.

The best part of the series is that every episode, Norman is in a different place with a different friend. In each city, they learn something new, see the open road in the best way possible, and they find out more about themselves along the ride.

You can catch Norman on The Walking Dead Sundays and Ride with Norman Reedus Mondays on AMC.
