Some days you look at the calendar and have a flash back to a scene in a book or movie that has stuck
with you over the years. May 2nd is one of the most significant dates for myself and many Harry Potter fans. In the early hours of May 2nd 1998 Voldemort and an army of Death Eaters attacked Hogwarts, though it was the end of the series it was non the less terribly scarring to lose so many beautiful characters, Remus Lupin, Nymphadora Tonks, Severus Snape, Fred Weasley, Colin Creevey, Lavender Brown, and at least fifty others who fought. For several years now J.K. Rowling has went to twitter on May 2nd to apologize to her fans for another death, this year she picked everyone’s favorite werewolf, Remus Lupin,
So today on the 18th anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts raise your wands and remember some of your favorite fallen fictional characters!
Now we go to 1983 to the birth of Sam Winchester! The story of Sam Winchester started many years before even Dean was born. A cupid was sent to make John and Mary fall in love, they themselves the children of a men of letters and a hunter, their children were destined to be the vessels for Micheal and Lucifer during the apocalypse. After a terrible encounter with the yellow eyed demon Mary was determined to raise her children in the most normal manner possible. On November 2nd 1983 the yellow eyed demon returned to claim the favor Mary had promised him thus beginning the tale of the legendary Winchester
brothers. Happy 33rd Birthday Sam Winchester I would say enjoy some cake but Dean would not like that!!!
Kyle was born and
raised a nerd, as a toddler she
would watch Batman on repeat and we are not
going to say that did something to her brain…but it might
have. These days she
is a TV/Movie junkie with a side of comic obsession. Now that she has found this
incredible outlet to share her nerdy perspective on movies and TV shows she can
stop pestering her
husband and animals with superhero business!
