Is Nathan Fillion joining ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’

Do you remember seeing Nathan Fillion in Guardians of the Galaxy? Yeah, me neither. that is because he had an almost unnoticeable cameo. He voiced the Monstrous (blue) Inmate who threatens Peter when he first gets incarcerated before Rocket and Groot step in.
Guess what!
He’s back for Vol. 2! As Simon Williams a.k.a. Wonder Man! Simon Williams is a famous actor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe
who secretly has superpowers. These powers, super-strength, flight, and superhuman endurance, allow him to do his own stunts.
Thanks to photos that were leaked on Imgur, we now have confirmation of Fillion’s involvement in Vol. 2.
The pictures give us a clue to the next film, as the setting seems to be Earth at the Simon Williams Film Festival.
So who is Wonder Man? Well he was a member of the Masters of Evil and is the brother of the Grim Reaper, who eventually has a change of
heart and joins the Avengers. He later retires to pursue his acting career.
So if he is already acting, does that mean Wonder Man has already hung up his costume?
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 hits theaters May 5, 2017.
