Looking to boost your holiday happiness? Fan Fest has the answer! Join in the fun as the final Walker Stalker Con (WSC) of 2017 will be held THIS weekend in Edison NJ. Not only am I fortunate that WSC NJ happens to be in my own backyard, this event also holds a very special place in my heart. It was only last year that I attended my very first Walker Stalker Con at this very same location, and I had not even watched a single Walking Dead episode. What?! Fast forward a year and a half later to a girl that not only loves The Walking Dead (thanks to WSC) but is also blessed to be part of an amazing team of writers at Fan Fest News, and part of an organization that has become my family.

In celebration of Walker Stalker Con’s success, I am dedicating this week’s Fan Art Friday to a few of the WSC artists that work so very hard in bringing our favorite characters to life. I am honored to know these incredibly talented individuals and grateful to share their talents via Fan Fest News. The Walking Dead artwork featured here is a small sampling of past pieces created by artists that will be on hand this very weekend! Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. 🙂 Kudos to the Walker Stalker Con organization for providing the fans with such an amazing array of artistry.
Guest Artist Rob Prior , with music pumping in the background, utilizes his ambidextrous abilities to create his one-of-kind ‘drip’ style of painting. Calculated chaos indeed. Be sure to catch him in action… mesmerizing!
Guest Artist Scott Spillman uses a vibrant ‘signature’ color scheme that draws in the most discerning artistic eye. His work stands out in a stunning fashion and is available on a variety of merchandise. Not only is Scott a skilled artist, he is also a Walking Dead superfan with a great appreciation for his fellow Walking Dead connoisseurs.
Artist AJ Moore is a crowd pleaser at any Fan Fest event. Skilled in a variety of mediums, his bold pieces will draw you in and his charm will keep you there. I challenge anyone not to smile while interacting with this charismatic guy… not possible. 😉
Artist JaCo Tartaruga’s eye-catching splatter style paintings have become highly sought after on the comic convention scene. He maintains his unique style with a brush in hand, allowing him to depict a feeling of depth and emotion.
Artist Robin Overton, known as The Black and White Guy, is a much loved artistic staple on the Fan Fest scene. His artwork may not have color but his personality is filled with vibrancy.

Artist Scott Straka puts forth some prime portraiture on the Fan Fest floor. If you are looking to pick up some cool pieces and partake in a bit of good humor, definitely stop by and visit Scott… he is enjoying con life to it’s fullest.
Artist Christian Masot puts painting passion on display with endless energy and talent to match. One look at his work shows his creative dedication. Christian welcomes all fans into his world with great warmth and positivity.
Check out the artists above and so much more this weekend at Walker Stalker Con NJ. See you there!
