‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ Renewed for a 10th Season at HBO
Larry David and the crew of Curb Your Enthusiasm will be returning for a 10th season at HBO, the network announced on Thursday. The announcement comes just after the series’ 9th season concluded on the network.
During the summer of this year, it was announced that the series would be returning for a 9th season after a six-year hiatus. The ninth season premiered on October 1st and just aired its season finale episode on December 3rd.
President of HBO programming Casey Bloys said:
“We are thrilled that Larry will be back with his uniquely acerbic wit and comedic sensibility.”
Creator and star Larry David playfully added:
“As I’ve said many times, when one has the opportunity to annoy someone, one should do so.”
Curb Your Enthusiasm was just nominated for two Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series (for Larry David) and Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.
Along with David, cast members of the series include Cheryl Hines, Susie Essman, Ted Danson, Mary Steenburgen, Jeff Garlin and J.B. Smoove.
No word yet on a new season premiere date but, we are super excited that this show is coming back for more laughs!
