‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ Will Return to HBO This October

‘He left.  He did nothing.  He returned.”

Hey Curb Your Enthusiasm fans!  We have some good news for you.  Actually, we have some pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty good news for you!

After a six-year hiatus, HBO announced last year that the series would be returning for a ninth season.  On Monday, it was announced via the show’s social media pages that the series would be returning to HBO on October 1, 2017.

Fans of the series have long awaited its return.  Curb Your Enthusiasm was created by Larry David who also stars in the series.  It ran for eight seasons from 2000 to 2011 and featured David as a version of himself who basically gets into the most hilarious and uncomfortable situations.  In addition to creating and starring in the series, David is also known for his work on Seinfeld.

Curb Your Enthusiasm received multiple Emmy nominations and even won for editing and directing.  It also won a Golden Globe in 2003 for Best Television Series: Comedy or Musical.

Along with David, cast members of the series include Cheryl Hines, Susie Essman, Ted Danson, Mary Steenburgen, Jeff Garlin and J.B. Smoove.  Season 9 debuts Sunday, Oct. 1 at 10 pm EST on HBO.
