Good Morning all you fine folk, why am I in such a good mood you ask? Because it’s St. Patty’s Day of course! As soon as I’m off, I’m going to cuddle with my bottle of Jameson and maybe have a green PBR or two (it’s tradition at this point).
But anyways, while having a good time, be safe about it. So why not be like me and just stay inside and watch movies all night? Here are some Irish themed ones to get you in the spirit!
Luck of the Irish
A teenager must battle for a gold charm to keep his family from being controlled by an evil leprechaun.
Two young couples backpacking through Ireland discover that one of Ireland’s most famous legends is a terrifying reality. (or you can opt for the older Warwick Davis films, your choice. Either way, they terrify me.)
Fraternal twins set out to rid Boston of the evil men operating there while being tracked down by an FBI agent.
The Quiet Man
A retired American boxer returns to the village of his birth in Ireland, where he finds love.
A boy growing up in Dublin during the 1980s escapes his strained family life by starting a band to impress the mysterious girl he likes.
and a bonus*** This is in theaters today!
After 20 years abroad, Mark Renton returns to Scotland and reunites with his old friends Sick Boy, Spud, and Begbie.
