Fear The Walking Dead is back next week and will start introducing a new threat to the group! AMC released a sneap peek for the next episode which sees the main characters head underground. It seems to me that there’s a whole community hiding underground and they may very well be a threat to Lawton and Morgan’s new dam community. Luciana (Danay Garcia)  and Wes (Colby Hollman) are going to go after Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) and Althea (Maggie Grace) who are currently in Dallas. This is all after Morgan (Lennie James) brings back a group to his own community to warn them of this underground group. Dakota (Zoe Colletti) reveals that this group leaving graffiti everywhere has been vandalizing pioneer settlements all season. Here’s a sneak peek for the next episode!

The sneak peek, which you can check out above, is actually quite an interesting watch. The sneak peek for season 6 episode 11 “The Holding” has new character Riley introduce our four characters to The Holding. The Holding is a sustainable underground facility, which obviously sounds quite useful in a zombie apocalypse. This place is so nuts it turns zombies into compost and they use it to feed their chickens!

The co-showrunner, Ian Goldberg, talked about what to expect in this second half of the season to EW a little while back, “One thing we’re going to see in the back half of this season is there’s still a looming threat out there, which are these people that are spray painting ‘The end is the beginning. The people who took out Tank Town, the ones who were spray painting the sub in 601.That group is going to rise to the forefront in a really dramatic way in the back half. And it’s going to really test our fractured family of characters because they’re going to have to find a way to reckon with that threat.”And yes, they’re in a place where they’re not unified. and that’s just going to make it all the more interesting when they’re facing a threat that we’ll see is just as formidable, if not more so, than Virginia.”

Fear The Walking Dead is currently airing Sundays on AMC!
