Watch the New Opening Credits for ‘Suits’ Season 8!

It’s officially a new chapter for USA’s Suits! With series regulars Patrick J. Adams (Mike) and Meghan Markle (Rachel) having departed the legal drama after season 7, the future of Specter Litt is more unpredictable than ever. Newly promoted Dulé Hill and Amanda Schull are about to make some more waves and with the arrival of Katherine Heigl’s Samantha Wheeler, all bets are off as was proven when USA released their first official poster for the new season.
Now the network has released the brand new opening credits, and even though everything has changed, the familiarity of Ima Robot’s “Greenback Boogie” makes it feel like it’s all still the same. The new credits kick off with returning actors Gabriel Macht (Harvey Specter), Rick Hoffman (Louis Litt) and Sarah Rafferty (Donna Paulsen) but then introduces new series regulars Amanda Schull as Katrina Bennett:

And Katherine Heigl’s elusive new character Samantha Wheeler, a “fierce and enigmatic lawyer who muscles her way into the central law firm, Specter Litt.”
The credits also cheekily tip their hat to the multiple names the law firm has held over the years.
Season 8 will pick up where season 7 left off, with Harvey and the gang trying to find their new normal at the firm after Mike and Rachel’s exit. Check out the whole video below!

Having studied Media & Writing at James Madison University, I always knew that I wanted to do some type of creative writing, but being able to write about zombies, Starks, and superheroes on a daily basis for Fan Fest is my actual dream.
