Hey all you X-Files fans! Gillian Anderson who portrays Dana Scully on the hit series will be honored this morning with her very own star on Hollywood’s famous Walk of Fame.
The ceremony will be emceed by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce President and CEO, Leron Gubler.
Anderson’s star will be located at 6508 Hollywood Blvd., right next to the FOX Theatre. It will be the 2,625th star on the Walk of Fame in the category of Television.

Gillian Anderson became internationally recognized for her portrayal of Special Agent Dana Scully on X-Files. It ran for nine seasons (1993-2002). A shorter tenth season aired in 2016. She won two Screen Actor’s Guild Awards, a Golden Globe and an Emmy for the role. This year marks the 25th Anniversary of the series as well as the series return and premiere of its eleventh season.
