You have to be pretty out of the pop culture loop to not know who Zac Efron is. He’s Troy Bolton from the High School Musical trilogy.
He’s also the guy who did that badass musical number with Zendaya in The Greatest Showman.
And when he’s not singing, he’s the guy from those raunchy Seth Rogen comedies.
If none of those ring a bell, you’re in luck. He will soon be appearing as Ted Bundy when Netflix releases Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile in May.
Well, recently Zac added a new skill to his resume – YouTuber. It all started at the end of March when the actor posted this cryptic video of him driving along in a sketchy van with the note that he would be dropping some news soon.

Soon enough, he revealed to the world that he was starting his own YouTube channel where he’s dropping videos every week. Truthfully, I cannot think of anything better than weekly Zac Efron content, but that’s just me (and probably you too if you’re still reading).
As an official subscriber of the Zac Efron channel, I can tell you that his content is going to be straight fire. His first video was Episode 1 of his Off the Grid series. It follows him, his brother Dylan, and their friends as they sign off of technology and head out into the world to experience and adventure. I mean look how much fun he’s having! Check that out below.
His most recent videos finds The Vampire Diaries’ Nina Dobrev stopping by to do one thing Efron definitely knows how to do – work out. Similar to Off The Grid, it looks like Gym Time w/ Zac will also be a recurring series as he asked subscribers who he should work out with next. His Baywatch co-star Dwayne Johnson was pretty high on the list. You can catch that video below!
Long story short – Zac Efron is on YouTube and you need to subscribe. Here’s the link! Be sure to catch Efron as Ted Bundy in Netflix’s Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile when it hits the streamer this May!
Having studied Media & Writing at James Madison University, I always knew that I wanted to do some type of creative writing, but being able to write about zombies, Starks, and superheroes on a daily basis for Fan Fest is my actual dream. While I probably shouldn’t be as proud as I am to be so similar to Nick Miller, I do hope to one day write my own “Pepperwood Chronicles’.
