Tom Holland Rides Amazon Treasure Truck to Deliver $1 Million in Toys to Children’s Hospital

He is truly a superhero on and off the screens.

Tom Holland, known best for his role as Peter Parker aka Spider-Man in the Marvel Universe, gave the children at the LAC + USC Hospital in LA a surprise of a lifetime.

He brought in the first of $1 million of toys donated to charity through the Marvel: The Universe Unites charity campaign today. Holland, rolled on up to the hospital in Amazon’s new ‘Treasure Truck’ to give the children toys donated by fan favorite Pop Vinyl Figure Company: Funko. After delivering the toys, Tom spent a lot of time with the children who are currently staying at the hospital.

This surprise visit is part of the Marvel: The Universe Unites, which is an epic charity campaign combining the cast of Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War to help support the charities.

Tom was super excited to be a part of this very special day, saying that these kids are truly the real life heroes:

“These kids are real-life super heroes – it was an inspiring experience to spend some time with them and deliver the first batch of toys from Funko. I’m honored to be a part of such an incredible cast and to support this great campaign that aims to bring joy to the lives of hospitalized children and their families.”

Tom, you are truly an amazing person and thank you for inspiring so many of us by doing what you do best – saving the world and changing lives in ways most people never could. 🙂
