Tom Hiddleston Willing To Play Loki Forever!

Loki aired its season finale – that’s right, season finale – before confirming a second season was on its way! The whole thing blew people’s minds and drastically changed the MCU, potentially forever! We’ll see the ramifications across several different movies. Or so we suspect. Tom Hiddleston was brilliant as Loki throughout the six episodes of the series’ first season. Now Tom Hiddleston says he’s willing to play Loki forever, as long as Marvel keeps asking!

The Loki season finale seemed to see the Multiverse connecting itself, in a way it apparently shouldn’t. We’ll see this play out not just across Loki season 2, but also various MCU films. Doctor Strange And The Multiverse Of Madness is a given. Not to mention, Spider-Man: No Way Home has been confirmed to have some multiversal elements. Ant-Man 3 will also be dealing with this, so we’re going to be seeing all kinds of crazy stuff.

If we’re lucky, we’ll even see Loki in those films! No one wants Tom Hiddleston to leave, not even Tom Hiddleston. He was actually recently asked about whether or not he’d be willing to play Loki for the rest of his life, and the answer might surprise you!

“Would I? Yeah, absolutely. I’m so lucky that I’ve got to play Loki for this long, and you know, I feel like he’s such an interesting character who’s been around in human consciousness for so long. And he’s got so many different aspects, so many different complex characteristics, that it feels like every time I play him I find out something new or we get to evolve him or take him down an avenue that we haven’t gone down before.”

He then went on to add, “Yeah, he’s been around for a while. I think he’s going to be around for a lot longer. Meanwhile, I’ll just hold on for as long as people want me to hold on for.”

So it seems like Loki isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, and we’re totally okay if Tom Hiddleston is willing to play Loki forever!
