‘This Is Us’ Stars Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimiglia Get Custom Steelers Jerseys at NFL Draft
Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimiglia stole our hearts as the epitome of a perfect couple on the NBC’s hit series This Is Us. Moore shines on screen as Rebecca Pearson and Ventimiglia sets ridiculously high standards for any significant other as Jack Pearson on the series.
Fans of the show are all too familiar with the fact that football, specifically the Pittsburgh Steelers, is a big part of the TV family’s tradition. Kate (Rebecca and Jack’s daughter played flawlessly by Chrissy Metz) makes mention of this several times throughout the series and even after unthinkable circumstances arise (I’m trying to keep things spoiler free here), she still carries on the tradition which her father began as part of her childhood.
This weekend, both Moore and Ventimiglia made a special appearance at Heinz Field in order to help announce NFL draft picks for the Steelers. As a special thank you for becoming a part of the Steelers family (even if it is because of the characters they play on TV), the team gifted Moore and Ventimiglia custom-made NFL jerseys with their character’s first name initial and full last name printed on the back.
The pair took photos with their new jerseys as well as with some other goodies, like the official Terrible Towel, from the Steelers’ locker room and shared the moments with fans via Instagram.

This Is Us is currently on break but will be returning for season 2 on NBC.
