Chrissy Metz, best known for her role as Kate Pearson on the NBC hit TV series This Is Us, is heading out on tour to discuss personal struggles and triumphs in her memoir This Is Me: Loving the Person You are Today. Having battled weight and self-esteem issues throughout her life, it seems Chrissy has much in common with her character Kate and is now ready to share her story with the world.
