‘The Walking Dead’: Rick Grimes Has a Brother?

Hey remember way back in issue 3 of The Walking Dead comic book when Lori revealed that Rick had a brother? Yeah neither did I…
Possibly because Jeff hasn’t been mentioned in the TV series yet.
Well things might be getting interesting for our protagonist.
Brian K. Vaughan and Marcos Martin are the creators of The Walking Dead: The Alien, and they think Rick’s brother is still out there.
Jeff, however is in Barcelona, Spain and has been bitten. He’ll survive if he cuts off his leg. But he talks about his cop brother who was in a coma after being shot. Apparently he tried to fly home to see his brother but the airports shut down due to the outbreak.
Could this all be true? Robert Kirkman tweeted yesterday saying:
“It’s real. It matters…”
