Fans of the Walking Dead star were relieved to hear that he is feeling much better, and that his health and well-being are his main priorities. Fans also know that he wouldn’t miss an opportunity to spend time with them if his health or well-being were in danger.

The Walking Dead is currently airing part two of three of its final season. The show has been on for eleven seasons and will air its final episode in late 2022. Reedus, along with co-star Melissa McBride (Carol), will star in their own spin-off series that will follow the two characters as they set out on the road in the zombie apocalypse.

The Walking Dead will also air several other new spin-offs once the main series has ended. These include a Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) spin-off, as well as a show called Tales of The Walking Dead, which will tell new stories, as well as look back at the pasts of some of our favorite characters from past seasons of The Walking Dead.

The Walking Dead airs each Sunday on AMC.
