After Sunday’s episode, it seems like Rick and the gang are finally getting to see a glimmer of hope. But since we, the audience, know that anything is possible, how long will that glimmer last?
If you’re a skeptic like me, you are trying to find anything bright and happy to cling onto. And thanks to The Woodcreek Faction, we have something new to pacify us.
The popular YouTube channel mashed the AMC zombie series with the theme song to a 90’s sitcom favorite, Friends.
The song is heard in the background, and it features season regulars: Rick, Daryl, Carol, Michonne, Negan, Maggie and Carl.
If this looks familiar, it’s because the Woodcreek Faction channel has done this style of video before, with season six of The Walking Dead. The other video used older footage, and included characters like our dearly departed of Glenn Rhee. May he Rest In Peace. There was also no Negan either, as he wasn’t yet a series regular.
Take a look below at the mash up and how fitting the Friends theme is for a zombie apocalypse.
