The Netflix summer hit Stranger Things has just been renewed for a second season! As fans rejoice, the cast continues to promote their awesome, retro-vibed hit series.
This week, the extremely talented children featured on the series stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and things certainly got a little strange and totally silly. Fallon and the cast, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin and Finn Wolfhard decided to get to know each other a little better in a rather unconventional way.
Rather than sitting down and continuing with a normal style interview, Fallon and the cast played a game called “Stranger Strings.” Before the game started, the group wrote down one strange or crazy fact about themselves that no one else at the table would know. They took turns reading the cards aloud and then, each person, armed with a can of silly string, would go to town spraying whoever they thought was the writer of the fact on the card.
These kids are AWESOME and Jimmy Fallon joins right in with the silliness. Check out the clip below to find out who still sleeps with a night light, who once cried in school after being startled by the fire alarm, who eats their burgers with french fries on the burger (really? That’s not all that strange) and, quite possibly THE best part of the whole clip, who can perfectly rap Nicki Minaj’s verse of Monster. HINT: It’s Millie Bobby Brown and she is FANTASTIC! There’s also a hilarious exchange between Fallon and Finn Wolfhard who plays Mike Wheeler on the series. He gets in a nice joking dig at Fallon which is definitely another highlight of the clip.
