‘The Big Bang Theory’ Recap ‘The Valentino Submergence’

Happy Valentine’s Day! What better way to spend it than to watch Sheldon and Amy on an episode of “Fun With Flags”.
The group discusses their plans for the big day and Raj reveals that he is still worried about him and Emily.
He decides to break up with her and goes to Penny for advice.
Right before Valentine’s Day really Raj? Well he did it and will be all alone for Valentine’s Day because Claire got back together
with her boyfriend. Smooth move.
Sheldon is being super romantic adding Amy’s name to the title of their internet show. Awww!
Howard and Bernadette are going to “break in” the hot tube, but unfortunately there’s a dead rat in the tub… That rat- it’s actually a rabbit. Bernadette uses a colander to get it out.
Penny and Leonard have reservations for dinner, but the wait is about an hour. They bicker for a bit and Penny retorts with this beaut.
“Now is that a smart thing to say on a holiday that’s basically national sex night?”- Penny.
Amy and Sheldon begin their show and they get their first caller, Raj. He regrets breaking up with Emily and proceeds to cry about it on the
Penny tries to flirt with the host to bump up their reservation, but there is nothing he can do. He makes Penny feel old and they leave.
Raj continues to take over Fun With Flags and Kripke calls in because he is lonely as well. Then it gets weird…
That little rabbit is alive and Howard and Bernadette name him Valentino. The little guy bites Howard’s finger which sends him into a panic over rabies.
Penny and Leonard get fast food. And to cheer Penny up about feeling old, Leonard proposes that they do something fun. A food fight is not
Amy is still comforting Raj and Kripke while Sheldon desperately tries to tie the conversation in with flags. He throws a fit but then gives Raj some really great advice. In the middle of the advice, Penny and Leonard barge in with confetti.
Bernadette is pregnant!?!
This episode is beautiful. It was hilarious and emotional and perfect! Bernadette is pregnant and has a pet bunny, Sheldon and Amy have strengthened their relationship, and Leonard and Penny have rekindled their youth.
Everyone had a great Valentine’s Day! well, except for Raj…
