Remember Campbell and Pemberton, well they’re back. And they’re on Ellen to talk about their fight for the Nobel Prize. They’re winning people over with their online videos and ShAmy is not happy. Sheldon confronts them asking them to hold a press conference to out themselves as frauds.
President Seabert has ShAmy’s back and plans to hold a reception with other Nobel laureates. Unfortunately, Sheldon was a jerk to just about all of them so they may not help out. Amy’s plan is to try to win them over with cookies. It doesn’t work.
Penny and Leonard try to talk to the Nobel laureates to get them to see that Amy is not Sheldon and they shouldn’t punish her for his actions. They agree to come and so do Campbell and Pemberton. Amy surprisingly ruins the party.
Bernadette is having trouble with Halley. She’s afraid of the dark now. Howard goes to talk to her and Bernie decides to make a book for her based on the story Howard told her about being afraid in space. Stuart offers to illustrate.
Bernie shows Howard the book titled “The Frightened Little Astronaut,” and he’s not happy. He’s embarrassed that he was so afraid. Stuart talks to him and together, they compromise on a few details. Well, Howard wants to give himself superpowers. Bernie, of course, guilt trips him into publishing the original story.
I absolutely adore Kal Penn and Sean Astin, I’m so glad they’re back! Let’s talk about Amy’s breakdown. Whoever said married couples start becoming the same person was not lying. She stood up for herself and caused a scene and I’m proud of her. I’m also proud of Howard for for facing his fears head on and allowing his story to be published.
When Beth “grows up” she wants to see her creations appear on the screen and stage. In her free time, Beth blogs about her love of craft beer and writes screenplays.
