Well folks, after tonight there is only one episode left. Next week is the finale! It’s bittersweet.
If you remember, Howard, Sheldon and Leonard were working on a project for the Air Force. Well they finally finished it!
The next phase is to test it and hope for the best.
They go in the next day and their entire lab has been cleared out… What?!? The Air Force took their project and they are going to take over.
Raj has some good news, he might have a new place, in Bert’s garage. Amy has amazing news too! She’s been offered to be a visiting researcher at Princeton. She’s just afraid to tell Sheldon.
The boys come home but they enter an empty apartment, freaking themselves out. It turns out that they were on the wrong floor. They are upset and now Amy doesn’t really want to tell him. It also doesn’t help that Sheldon is expressing his gratitude and doesn’t know how he got by without Amy.
She eventually tells him and he is initially very proud, but it’s very clear that the news upset him.
The girls assure Amy that the distance would be good for their relationship. Leonard tries to reassure Sheldon that Amy loves him and he needs to show her just how much he loves her by letting her go.
Sheldon buys Amy a luggage set to show his affection and that he’s ok with her going. After all, it’s New Jersey, she won’t want to stay. He offers to be intimate with her but not as a trick to get her to stay, but he reminds her that he can’t Skype it to her.
While walking her to the car, Sheldon tells her he’s proud of her and will always supports everything she does. AWW!
This episode was adorable and sad and funny and I loved it. This was a great episode and now I’m even more sad that next week is the finale…
