Leonard feels a bit slighted, instead of going to breakfast, he has to walk Cinnamon while Raj and Penny practice yoga. He carries her down stairs just as they reach “tree pose” and Cinnamon pees on him.
On the way home, Sheldon tries to tell Amy what he’s working on, but it’s all classified so he honks the car horn as he tells her. Amy tells him that she is studying where in the brain subconscious thinking lies and when you decide to do something before you know you’re going to do it. Sheldon begins thinking.
What if they combine their projects? Amy finds this interesting and before they begin, Sheldon says they should lay some ground rules… Of course, in true Sheldon fashion, he takes over…
Penny is complaining about work and Raj is totally engaged in it. Leonard is clueless. Who did Penny marry again? The three of them go shopping and Leonard feels like the third wheel. Leonard leaves to confide in Bernadette and Howard. They think that Raj is harmless. He just gets along better with women. They also say he should be happy that she has someone to do the stuff that he doesn’t want to do with her. They also suggest that he talks to her about it.
Sheldon and Amy begin working together and all seems to be going well. Except for the issue that their findings aren’t good. They begin fighting. They discover that when they’re mad they think better. Do they forget collaborating to salvage their relationship or do they keep doing what they’re doing and hope for the best?
Leonard talks to Penny, and Raj, about the issue and he kind of gets pushed aside again but at the same time the issue gets resolved. Hopefully they can work this out. All three of them.
