Supernatural is easily one of the CW’s longest running shows to date, with several other shows displaying great potential to continue on throughout the years. Recently, fans of the brother CW show Arrow have began taking to social media about how they would love to see the masked vigilante’s universe crossover with our favorite pair of brothers.
While there are a good majority of nerds and geeks alike that would highly enjoy the crossover episde – others gave began making jokes about the idea.
Stephen Amell appears to be on board for the multi-verse episode, however it would appear the same can’t be said for Supernatural‘s leads. In a recent appearance on Conan Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki were asked about the potential crossover.
“It would be odd. It’d be like Tonight on Law and Order….Arrow.” Ackles explained.
Padalecki also joked that several factors, including the actors’ heights, could prevent the crossover from ever happening.
“Stephen’s a big guy…but he’d want some apple boxes and stuff to stand on. So, you know, it might never happen.” Padalecki said.
So although we have not be getting the SuperArrow episode, there are still other crossovers in the future for us to enjoy. Arrow will commence its fourth annual crossover with its fellow DCTV shows, and Supernatural will have an animated crossover episode with Scooby-Doo.
