Supergirl Preview ‘Stand and Deliver’
A pro-alien march has been organized, and it’s going to turn into an all-out battle as Manchester Black’s Elite and the Sons of Liberty butt heads. Kara, Nia, J’onn, and Brainy will do all they can in order to keep the peace, but the odds are not in their favor. Now that Ben has been named the new Director of Alien Affairs, the government will back his play. Manchester continues to show no mercy, urging his troops to kill any that mean to do aliens harm. Supergirl has to do whatever it takes to take Manchester down, though I think the vicotry would be sweeter if J’onn were the one to do it, considering he was used by Manchester.
Colonel Haley is aware of the situation and might actually work with Alex to keep aliens safe. Since the DEO was completely in the dark about the missile from last week, I think Haley will be more inclined to allow Supergirl to help them. Alex definitely will be pulling for that. Could this be a turning point for the season? If Supergirl gets back with the DEO, things will looking up. But how far will Haley push the government? The President personally appointed Ben to the new position and ordered the missile. Will Haley stand up to the Commander-in-Chief? Will she become a casualty of this war between humans and aliens?
