It’s been a good two years since Suicide Squad hit the theaters. After director David Ayer said they filmed hours of cut material, fans were curious about what this movie could have been. A lot of the cuts made their way on the Blu-Ray, but a lot is still hidden away. Recently a fan found another deleted Joker (Jared Leto) scene and brought it to David Ayer‘s attention.
is it possible to know what this shot was about ? pic.twitter.com/2JYSWF7G0C

First, he replied by saying ‘no, none of this,’ but after he started trolling the fans, not worrying about what kind of uproar he began in the online DC Universe.
That was the Joker and Superman fight that was cut.

The Superman versus Joker got cut from the movie, which if you saw the film, Superman coming into view is not very possible (especially if you saw Dawn of Justice first, knowing that Suicide Squad came before Justice League). The funny troll didn’t stop there, and he took it upon himself to go just one step further.

If people didn’t understand he was just funny, they will now as soon as this Tweet hit the internet! The Tweet reawakened a lot of discussion for the Suicide Squad fans. It led to many questions asked if we are ever going to get a Joker cut of the film. Director Ayer already denied in the past that a lot of Joker scenes were cut from Suicide Squad, but this only meant he could troll the fans some more.

These Tweets only show that Warner Bros. doesn’t look at what fans want on a long-term of the DCU, the fans are still waiting on what the movie should have looked like and are still hoping on another movie with the hours of material they made.
All in all, Suicide Squad was a fun movie to watch, even though there was a lot that could have been better. I believe this was the start of a great franchise for the DCU.
