Stephen King Film Casts Matthew McConaughey and Idris Elba

Stephen King has been working on a new project, a movie version of The Gunslinger, the first novel in his The Dark Tower series.
He tweeted a cryptic quote in Stephen King fashion today, and included Matthew McConaughey and Idris Elba, confirming the two have been cast in the upcoming film.

Elba is slated to play Roland Deschain, while McConaughey has been cast as the ‘man in black’ -the main villain in King’s series.
