The company that did the visual effects, who are called Industrial Light & Magic and have awards on their name, have updated their official website and released the concept art of how their team created Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Check a few of them out below!
If you want to see more of these concept arts, you can do that on the official ILM website!
“Each artist began to explore his individual response, and collectively, we began to answer, with our words and art. Out of our brainstorming sessions emerged visual imagery of where we might want to go and what it would look like when we got there. We were not merely illustratief scenes that already existed: we were initiating storytelling concepts through the visual images themselves.” This is what Rick Carter, co-production designer for The Force Awakens, wrote on the website.
Star Wars will be hitting the digital market and will come out in Digital HD on April 1. If you don’t like that idea, you can always wait for the DVD and/or Blu-Ray that will come out on April 5!
