Spider-Man: Tom Holland Teases Many More Sequels to Come!

Even though Amy Pascal declared her plans for a second Spider-Man trilogy with Tom Holland in the lead role and it’s almost certainly going to make it happen.

But the actor’s fourth solo outing is, right now, the only one formally announced to be in production, and it’s been a month since No Way Home was released into an unsuspecting public, where it presently holds the eighth highest-grossing movie ever.

While it remains to be seen when we’ll see Peter Parker again on our screens, there’s no doubt we’ll see him at least a couple more times. In accepting the No Way Home drama’s trio of Golden Tomato honors from Rotten Tomatoes, the 25-year-old actor suggested that several sequels are on the way.

“Guys, Spider-Man: No Way Home has received three Golden Tomatoes, so I just wanted to say a massive thank you on behalf of everyone from Sony and Marvel, the critics, the fans who have shown so much love and respect and support for our movies. It means the world and hopefully, we can do it again and again and again. But thank you, thank you, thank you. And we’ll see you soon.”

The burning question surrounding Spider-Man 4’s Holland’s is how it can possibly top the success of No Way Home, but it appears that Sony and Marvel Studios will not even try in terms of scale, scope, and spectacle. The conclusion of the trilogy cleaned things up rather quickly, sending Peter off to college with less on his plate than we’ve seen in a Spider-Man.

Whatever may happen next, we certainly trust the team behind Holland’s Spider-Man movies, as they haven’t let us down yet!
