Spider-Man Far From Home is obviously one of Marvel’s most anticipated releases. Unlike Endgame, The Spidey sequel has been very open about filming and any fans that followed the journey have had some brilliant looks from behind-the-scenes, including what could be the Elementals, and various new Spider-Man suits for Peter.
The one thing we’re missing is a trailer.
It’s fair to say that fans got a little impatient after various rumors claimed a trailer would be released in December. I believe the fire was further fueled by the lack of footage from the Comic Con in Brazil. Typically, after a reveal at a convention, footage either appears online from fans or the studio releases it for the world to see. This wasn’t the case.
Recently, Tom Holland finally got involved on twitter after an enthusiastic fan demanded the trailer.
It has also been revealed that a trailer could arrive on Tuesday 15th January. mark it on your calendar people. This could be it. According to Hollywood insider Daniel RPK, the trailer was originally set to debut online at the same time as the Comic Con screening but was held back by Sony.
Spider-Man: Far From Home will see Peter Parker go on a Summer vacation in Europe with his classmates. I smell a potential romance between Michelle and Peter. According to people who saw the trailer, the film will include Peter being recruited by S.H.I.E.L.D to defeat villains made of stone and water. At the moment though, it is unclear how Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio fits into the film but rumors claim that he will be pretending to be a hero like Spider-Man.
Only time will tell.
Keep your eyes peeled for a trailer tomorrow.
Spider-Man: Far From Home is scheduled for release for July 5th 2019. Are you excited for the sequel? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below!
