Special Preview of Lauren Cohan’s ‘Whiskey Cavalier’ to Air After the Oscars

ABC is hosting a special early preview of Lauren Cohan and Scott Foley’s upcoming new ABC dramedy Whiskey Cavalier ahead of the shows regular timeslot premiere. The series preview will air directly following this year’s Oscars ceremony.

Whiskey Cavalier, which is described as highly anticipated and high-octane, will be shown in a special sneak preview on Sunday, February 24th. In addition to the post-awards sneak peek, ABC will then re-air the show’s first episode in its regular timeslot on Wednesday, February 27th at 10 PM EST.

10:00 – 11:00 a.m. – “Countdown To Oscars, Live! Part 1”

3:30 – 5:00 p.m. – “Oscars Opening Ceremony: Live From the Red Carpet”
5:00 – 8:00 p.m. – “The Oscars”
10:00 – 11:04 p.m. – “Whiskey Cavalier” Sneak Peek

Whiskey Cavalier‘s synopsis says, “the show follows the adventures of tough but tender FBI super-agent Will Chase (codename: “Whiskey Cavalier”), played by Scott Foley. Following an emotional breakup, Chase is assigned to work with badass CIA operative Frankie Trowbridge (codename: “Fiery Tribune”), played by Lauren Cohan. Together, they lead an inter-agency team of flawed, funny and heroic spies who periodically save the world – and each other – while navigating the rocky roads of friendship, romance, and office politics.”

The series also stars Ana Ortiz as Susan Sampson, Tyler James Williams as Edgar Standish and Vir Das as Jai Datta.

Whiskey Cavalier is a Warner Bros. Television production from writer/executive producer David Hemingson and executive producers Bill Lawrence and Jeff Ingold (Doozer Productions). Peter Atencio serves as executive producer and is the director on the pilot, and Scott Foley is a producer of the series.
