Singer Rob Thomas Set to Guest Star on ‘iZombie’

Rob Thomas is heading to iZombie!
No, not that Rob Thomas. Matchbox 20’s lead singer will be making an appearance this season as himself, according to Entertainment Weekly. The guest appearance comes after years of fun being made by the fact that the front man and the iZombie/Veronica Mars showrunner share the same name.
Thomas will be working for Max Rager’s Vaughn Du Clark as he works on the company’s latest jingle. Thomas is set to appear in the 17th episode of the season.
iZombie returns from its mini-hiatus Tuesday, March 22 at 9 p.m. on The CW.
