‘Sexiest Man Alive’ Paul Rudd Turns 53 and the Internet is Hilarious but Not Buying It! He’s Eternal!

Paul Rudd, the star of Ant-Man and Ghostbusters: Afterlife, is celebrating his birthday today, but he remains mum about the location of his fountain of youth. According to People Magazine in 2021, Paul Rudd was named “Sexiest Man Alive,” however many people are not buying it. He’s now supposedly 53 years old and the internet isn’t believing it to be true!

Envy and suspicion are the primary emotions associated with reactions. This user, on the other hand, credits his youthfulness to being “unproblematic.”

Others are busily speculating as to why the Friends star appears to be getting younger, with one of the most popular being that he is, in fact, a vampire!

Even Chris Evans has his suspicions. When the pair were interviewing each other for Variety‘s ‘Actors on Actors’ show, the Captain America star asked “Why don’t you age? Are you drinking baby blood?” Rudd simply replied, “I most certainly age.”

Elsewhere Rudd has explained his youthful looks, saying to AARP Magazine (a publication focusing on issues affecting those over 50) that:

“I changed my diet and work out and whole life when I got [the Ant-Man role]. I started training and eating like an athlete: no sugar, no alcohol, just proteins and vegetables. I really loved it. it was a complete change of life that took me by surprise. I did not think living such a healthy lifestyle would be as fulfilling.”

All you need is to make a few minor adjustments in your life, such as switching to a healthier lifestyle, but being a wonderfully rich movie star with access to the finest skincare money can buy, and having a home gym may also assist.

Whatever his secret is, we can only congratulate Rudd on making it to 53 and looking so good. He’ll next appear in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, which will be released on July 28 2023.
