Warner Bros. announced during their SDCC panel that there will officially be a Wonder Woman sequel and that it is already currently in development! This doesn’t really come as any surprise considering the huge success that the film has had amongst both critics and fans alike. The film also broke records at the box office becoming one of DC’s highest grossing films domestically.
Beyond the announcement that the sequel is in development, no other details regarding the film were released.
Warner Bros. also announced some more of the DCEU pipeline including Justice League, Aquaman, Justice League Dark, Green Lantern Corps, Shazam!, The Batman, Batgirl, The Flash, and finally, Wonder Woman 2.
Having studied Media & Writing at James Madison University, I always knew that I wanted to do some type of creative writing, but being able to write about zombies, Starks, and superheroes on a daily basis for Fan Fest is my actual dream. While I probably shouldn’t be as proud as I am to be so similar to Nick Miller, I do hope to one day write my own “Pepperwood Chronicles’.
