Immediately after the trailer hit the internet, it sure made an impression on people. With true Harley vibes, it opened up with Harley and Ivy sitting in a cell at Arkham. With a small dig at Marvel’s Deadpool animated series, it immediately became something to look forward too in the new year.

First Kaley Cuoco mentioned that in the DC series, Harley would be a “magnet for insanity“:

“She’s dating the Joker, and then they have a big breakup. She decides, ‘Screw Joker, I’m going to take over Gotham City by myself.’ And that’s kind of how this series starts. How you don’t need a man to help you ruin the city. You can ruin it all by yourself.”

On top of that, Kaley Cuoco is an executive producer through her Yes, Norman Productions. Other announced actors for the cast of the series are Giancarlo Esposito, Alan Tudyk, Lake Bell, Wanda Sykes, Chris Meloni, JB Smoove, Ron Funches, Tony Hale, Natalie Morales, Diedrich Bader, Jason Alexander and Jim Rash.

Here is the official synopsis of the series:

“The adult animated comedy series follows Harley’s adventures, where alongside ragtag crew of DC castoffs, she tries to earn a seat at the biggest table in villainy: the Legion of the Doom.”

The Harley Quinn animated series will hit the DC Universe streaming service on [add date]. Are you ready for Harley Quinn’s madness? Let us know what you think of the trailer below.
