Sarah Wayne Callies To Reprise Role in ‘Prison Break’ Revival

This is very exciting news. FOX confirmed today that Colony star Sarah Wayne Callies will be reprising her role as Dr. Sara Tancredi in a revival of the beloved series Prison Break.
Also returning will be Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell, who will both reprise their original roles. The drama apparently picks up after Michael’s assumed death. Sara has a new life with their child and has married. Sara finds out that Michael may be alive and set out to find the truth.
Prison Break aired in 2005 and ended in 2009.
Since then, Callies starred as Lori on The Walking Dead and also the 2014 film Into The Storm. She is currently starring on USA’s Colony as Katie Bowman.
20th Century Fox Television will produce the series which is set to premiere in the 2016-2017 season.
